I could live at Barnes and Noble. I go there two or more times a week. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The selection of books, cd's, gifts, etc. Is vast and very interesting. B&N Cafe is a delightful place to enjoy great coffee, tasty treats ... and just hang out to read or relax.

Fantastic place. I often myself running to B&N whenever I finish a series, and am eager to start a new one. The cafe is always fast n fresh. The staff are polite, helpful and courteous. I often find myself simply saying this a fantastic place to spend an afternoon.

I had been looking for a book on a specific topic, and asked the same sales associate twice for assistance. She blatantly ignored each time despite the fact that direct eye contact was made, which is the the very reason I didn't catch her name tag.nnHow disappointing in this day and age of e-books and online publications that a trip to the bookstore is no longer an enjoyable experience. Obviously, if a customer goes to a bookstore, they are most likely wanting to purchase a BOOK!nnIf sales associates the likes of this gal are the best in-person sales service Barnes and Noble provide, no wonder so many choose to forgo the bookstore experience.nnTo my good fortune, I later found another sales associate named, Cassandra, who was utterly delighted to assist me and entertain my every question and curiosity. Now that's what I call service to the nth degree! Barnes and Noble 3 stars, Cassandra 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐nnCassandra, you saved the day by overwhelmingly making thing's right. Thank you, Cassandra, for your pleasant demeanor and for being the one who cared enough to make a difference! You should be commended for your excellence in customer service! Thank you, Cassandra!

Very helpful and the books i was looking for wasn't on a shelf and the lady went back and found a copy for me. But the other one i wanted they had but wasn't allowed too sell very honest and fast service
