Pargk reviews on google don’t go below zero! Currently then are at a negative 5 (-5 stars)!!! Went off reviews about Pargo, the owner was very professional on the phone calls. Tomorrow is a month plus that they have had our tax information and have refused to contact us back as they stated they would the next morning, to now they won’t return any calls, will not give any information as to where we stand on taxes and seeing that they are now nearly a month late past filing date it’s costing us money every day!nnAs a business owner you do not treat customers this way or in this fashion! Their lack of customer service, flat out refusal to contact a client back has now brought them a BBB Complaint and filing a charge with the Missouri Attorney General office regarding their practice, having our social security numbers and who knows who else may have gotten them from their office or if they have them out to anyone! As a business owner I am entrusted with my clients credit card info and other information. You don’t run a business in this fashion!nnAt 10:50am I called Pargo, I announced who I was and I was hung up on and the phones went to a voice mail that was full! Pargo actions has caused even bigger issues for the company and the owners. If needed I will get a top tax attorney involved! You do not treat customers like the way me and my wife are being treated!!!!!!!
