Jacobs Flooring did an excellent job replacing the carpet in our home. From the first contact I had with Jim I was impressed with their professionalism and service. Jim and Phil came to measure the same day I called and had carpet ordered and ready to install within 10 days. The install crew was prompt, friendly, respectful, clean, organized and did an excellent job. Jacobs Flooring is a wonderful small business and I highly recommend their services.
I had Ray and Chris do a backsplash installation with glass tile and ceramic penny round over the stove. The project was done in a professional manner and completed on time. They took the time to cover and protect counters, floors etc. Very easy to talk with and determine what would be the best way to get the look I was trying to achieve. Would not hesitate to hire them again.
Jim and his crew were just a great experience all around!! No High Pressure, just good ole fashion honesty. Very professional, and great to work with, left the job clean. I would recommend Jacobs Flooring; they do great work!!
