On my experience that I receive, Tonya, who gratefully helped me, Was very professional, respectful and helped answered any and all questions. Reid, helped get us a better quote for cheaper and that included collision! For what we was paying before with no collision and minimal coverage Reid was able to get us saving $30 a month plus have that collision to fall back on! They are super fast on responding! I would recommend this place to go to get insurance for home and car!!!!

If we could leave 100 stars we would!!!! Covid hit our company very hard with the various counties shutting down and Jason Ayers and his team knew we couldn't pay our insurance. We will state the facts here and plainly say Jason paid our insurance out of his pocket. Thank you isn't enough but it's all we have. Thank you Jason and staff,we appreciate you and wanted to let you know.We are sorry this wasn't left sooner.

Was a good first insurance but when your rates get increased and it's time to reevaluate and get a reduced policy rate they don't go out of their way to do that they try to keep it high as long as they can for their best interest not yours. I guess that's business but could of gotten more longevity business if they looked out for my interest more than theirs. ( I am a former customer but I don't use my name on my youtube/google account for privacy reasons)
