My husband and I have been with State Farm for several years. We recently had to file a claim on our homeowners insurance and the process was seamless and very fair. We are completely satisfied with State Farm and the wonderful people at the agency. Their greatest asset at this agency is Ian Fitzhenry. He is always available to answer any questions we have at ANYTIME we have them. He is kind, professional and knowledgeable. We will not get any other insurance simply because he always takes care of us. Great company!

I have tried for 3 weeks to figure out an increase in my policy. Every time, I was told that the person I spoke with would check into it and call me back. I was finally told that Jeff would give me a call. I missed his call, but called him back promptly the same day. I was was told that they would give him the message that I called back. After waiting almost a week for a return call, I again called and was told I would get a call the next morning. When I did not receive a call back from Jeff, I called again was told that he was a busy man, had many clients, had a family, and wasn't able to call me back. I feel that in a weeks time he didn't have the time to call me back, then my business must not mean that much to him. I had my home, auto, and life with him for a number of years. Not anymore!
