I called to schedule a bid. Nick answered and said he was in an attic and asked if he could call me back. He did not return my call, so I called him the next day. He answered; we agreed upon a date and time, and he asked me to text him my name and address, which I did. The appt was scheduled for this morning. He turned out to be a no call/now show. Total disrespect for me and my time.

I am writing this letter in review of The Property Fixers as a general contractor. I can recommend him highly and without reservation.nNicholas is a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of project. He was absolutely clear in his record keeping and time log. In addition, he is extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. He and his assistant never left the worksite in disarray. They vacuumed all drywall dust daily. Nick took special care to prevent any of the job dust from trailing throughout the house.nThe only complexity in working with Nick is that, as he himself will tell you, good work takes time to complete. Patience is required when you work with a perfectionist. Although our project took time to complete, I think we have a wonderful outcome.

Nick was able to do my bathroom and laundry room for way less then 3 other bids. I really liked that he was always on the job and was always available to talk to. His crew was also super nice and made sure to clean up their mess every day which my wife loved.

Nick and the Property Fixers remodeled a large portion of my house including 2 full bathrooms, the master bedroom, the fireplace area in the living room, as well as replacing lots of outdated electrical wiring, running new AC vents and multiple other smaller tasks around the home. My wife and I are very satisfied with the work. We love that this old 1947 house we bought feels not only cozy but fresh and new thanks to Nick!
