The customer service here is PHENOMENAL. I called looking for a specific edition of a book that was sold out everywhere online and out of print. They were the only store within 100 miles of me that had it. I asked them to hold it for a couple weeks for me since I live so far away and couldn't make it anytime soon, but they went above and beyond. They let me pay for it over the phone and MAILED it to me. I am blown away by the care and effort they put into getting that book into my hands. Thank you so, so much! If I'm ever in that area, I will for sure be stopping by!
If you love books, they got em. Great place to find books. They also got music and movies. And a Starbucks which is helpful for some study sessions.
This is a huge B&N. I was able to find the book I wanted to read on my flight (it's on the way to the airport). They don't have the friendliest staff, but they do have a huge selection and good prices. The store is clean and well organized with lots of space for distancing.
This store has 2 levels and a coffee shop. The employees are helpful and nice. I love the atmosphere here. I highly recommend supporting this store.
