They made filing my taxes for the first time so easy and they explained everything to me so I could understand exactly what I owed and what I would be getting back. I work for Doordash and I was so scared that I was going to owe so much money but they really eased my nerves and I was able to get a refund after all. ud83dude07

Very rude employees to say the least. I had an appointment that I made online. I get there and they tell me that they don't take appointments and said prove you have one. I showed them my confirmation email and they said again they don't take appointments. They told me I was going to have to wait over an hour and I told them to forget it and left. I will continue to file on my own with TurboTax and save money.

Where I have gotten my taxes done the last 5 years getting in and out is easy just set an appointment first.
