As a local in Perry, the Presbyterian Church is right on main Street for everyone I remember how beautiful the building itself was. Every detail of this old church caught my eye. It brings charm and a sense of security for me just to know the building will remain. I remember asking the adults why it was no longer in service and they told me that there wasn't enough people living in Perry to occupy all the churches lol. It was turned into a antique store and I for one was thrilled to walk through the old place and I am grateful it has life in it again and is still lovely as ever. What a fabulous idea she had bringing the church back to life with a productive purpose.
