A really fantastic company to lease from. The properties are well maintained and the owners are great people as well. If you ever need anything from the maintenance dept. they arrive quickly and get the job done right! I highly recommend.

If I wasn't graduating, I would have stayed another year in the Brentwood town homes. Besides rudely loud neighbors, I loved living here. The price was perfect, and instead of an apartment complex feel, it was much homier.

I've been here 6 years and I don't have any complaint the service by maintenance is the best and friendly . Summerwood place is well located and management is always willing to listen and help very friendly people. The buildings are well kept and the lawn is well manicured .
