My husband and I booked our first cruise with this company back in 2012. We really had no idea what we wanted or where we wanted to go, but knew we wanted a cruise and that was it. At the time we did not even have the money to make the reservation but the travel agent we worked with was awesome, she sat down with us on multiple occasions to go over different options and really helped us understand what we were getting and where we were going. We ended up booking and had a blast!!!
Called trying and talked to a lady that gave me so much attitude in a 2 min phone call i hung up. Travel agents must make a killing in spfld mo because i am a paying customer that will travel in november but because of their attitude or lack of listening skills I'm going to end up booking on line!
