Great service. The potato soup was very thick but not a big deal. Our server was exceptional and the manager was gracious. A very rude woman sat behind us and she couldn't be pleased, talked to the server like she wasn't human and demanded to speak to the manager to complain. I also spoke with the manager to tell her the server did nothing wrong and the customer was being hateful. The manager and server never said a rude word about the customer, who probably wanted her food for free, when I spoke to them. The situation was handled professionally by both women. I have dined here many times and will continue to do so. Very nice staff even when faced with rude and irrational customers.

Chili Restaurant is located there and our Chili's in Springfield has great food.

Many shops scattered about. Great place to park and go around and check out the shops and eatery shops.
