The staff was awesome, good selection, everything stock well
The selection of shoes were small compared to online and other DSW locations I've been to. Most of the shoes were trend based or regio al based. We managed to find 3 pair of shoes to buy and the rest can be ordered online. 4 stars from me. Clean atmosphere, all Covid 19 precautions were in effect so I felt safe.
Absolutely love their selection of shoes ud83dudc5e!!! I would give 5 ud83cudf1f stars, but was unable to find the exact shoe I needed, other than that, I will go back!!! Great prices, brand names! Love it!!
Love the selection here, staff are great about returns. Store has also gone above and beyond to provide a safe shopping experience in light of covid 19 with masks , gloves, social distancing, and resanitizing shoes after they have been tried on.
They tried to charge me $109 for dinner shoes that were on sale for %50 off. The register lady was not happy, didn't look at me. She spoke monotone. No one tried to help me out ask if I needed help.
