Lakewood Mobile Home Park LLC

Had an issue with City Utilities Monday. Wound up with no utilities Monday night. The park paid for a two night stay at a hotel until my electric was turned back on. Company was more than helpful.nKathy, the park manager, is awesome. She goes beyond in her capacity to help. Can't ask for anyone else that is better!! She is professional in all she does here.

Great tentative and helpful management. We live in the outskirts of the park and there is this field the dog likes to play in. It snowed this morning and looks beautiful. Yesterday we saw a white peacock! Unfortunately no picture. We've seen peacocks here twice, but turkeys countless times and a deer once. Love the area we live in.

I love it here, I'm 12 but everything here is chill, my dad lives up the street. And I'm happily living here in a trailer with my mom and sisters. (Here's my Guinea Pig for fun)

Cathy C. Is the manager of the park. You will not find a nicer or more fair manager! She is a true professional. The park is quiet, clean, and a wonderful place to be! I defiantly recommend it as a lovely community to live in. I love that this is my home!

Cool management. Very understanding of temporary construction. We are putting in vinyl plank flooring and getting rid of gross Carpeting. Next project is the construction of two decks. Our home we worked so hard for is coming together and we'll be happy starting our family in this park. We are slowing knocking thing off the to-prepare list.
