Sadly, we were not able to keep our reservations at the Firehouse Loft due to a situation beyond our control. :( But once we found out, we let Mary know and she was BEYOND WONDERFUL to work with. She responded to my correspondence explaining the need to cancel in a very thoughtful manner and our money was promptly refunded to our credit card. If we ever find ourselves traveling to Springfield, Missouri in the future, I would book with Mary with ABSOLUTELY NO HESITATION!! Thank you Mary for your kindness and integrity. The Firehouse Loft looks absolutely charming and I can only hope we find ourselves traveling in your neck of the woods soon so that we can enjoy your heartfelt hospitality!! :)
Great place to have a wedding. Venue is well managed. Pricing appears fair for budget of party. Ability to work between outside caterers and venue staff a huge plus. Grounds are kept clean and well maintained including garden.
Excellent accommodations made having the wedding party easily accessible. Do. Ring your own toilet paper however. Would definitely stay again
