It was a trendy hotel with new furniture and decorative common spaces. The pool was nice, there was a pool table, nice gym area, and the staff was friendly. Things that could be better are the breakfast, it was the same all four days we were there and the walls are paper thin! You could hear everything happening around you. On top of that it constantly smelled of pot, people were definitely smoking in the rooms!
Very clean room. Small room with very limited storage space. There are signs that you can store items under the bed. Great for a couple that will not spend much time in the room. There are dispensers for hand/body lotion, but nothing for your face - which typically hotels have. I was expecting the little bottles that you normally have, so I used the hand/body on my face. LOL. I would not stay here again, because I felt claustrophobic in the very small space.
This is a great, inexpensive hotel to stay when visiting Missouri State as it sits right between the campus and the downtown area. Everything you'd want is in walking distance. The room was clean, quiet, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again when coming to visit.
Beds were very comfortable, room was exceptionally clean and cute. Pool was warm but weirdly salty, Loved having the pool table downstairs to unwind and have some competitive fun before bed!! Will definitely be back next time we are in Springfield!!
The sheets were extremely pilly. Some people may not be bother by this, but I absolutely couldn't sleep with their bedding. I bought new pillowcases and luckily brought a large blanket that I slept on top of and also used to cover myself. The pool was also pretty gross. It didn't seem like it had been cleaned in quite a while. It was green, had a weird smell, and I couldn't see my feet near the deep end. That being said, the hotel is a fair price and otherwise very clean and the staff were very kind. I hope they get new bedding because that was a major disappointment. Overall the hotel is pretty nice and the location was great though.
