I had very fast drive thru service and she was very nice. Every other time I've gone inside the store is set up nicely and they have a good selection for the best prices.
For a drive thru smoke shop, youd think they actually serve you at the window. They don’t. It’s like no one works here. I waited for 5 mins before driving off.
I've been coming here since they opened a couple years ago, and I've always had friendly service. However, the last two times I've been: none of the employees wore masks. I've already had family affected by COVID-19, so I won't be going back.
The employees refuse to wear masks despite the fact that Springfield requires them. They don’t require their customers to wear them either.nnSince they choose to ignore science and obviously don’t care are the health of their fellow citizens I will no longer spend money here. It is clear they do not value my business and there are so many other places to spend my money.
Didn't really look around. Got what I needed and left. Parking lot is kinda strange. Drive thru smoke shop?? Ok! Lol
