They sized my ring for me and offered the best price and excellent service. Most places I called charged nearly twice as much and it was going to take a week or more. Gerzen's got my ring done the same day, friendly, honest, and fair prices. I definitely plan on returning for my jewelry needs in the future, highly recommend them.

This place is amazing, the owner is a very kind hearted and generous person, he is also a professional in his craft. I bought my girlfriend a ring online and the size was too small so I decided to come here to have it fixed. He gave us an amazing deal, I can’t express enough how thankful we are to him, I highly recommend him. I cannot recommend this jeweler enough. We went in around 3pm on a Friday and were needing an engagement ring resized from a 7 to a 10. There are 2 bands so really he had to size 2 rings.nNot only did he give us an amazing price but he completed the work in 24 hours! I was so happy I almost cried tears of joy. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service from the very first phone call and SPEEDY turn around on a jewelry repair. We had procrastinated getting this fixed for so long and John made it so easy and affordable. John will really work with you and is not pushy (which I really appreciate!). We will be back for future needs!
