They mad an error on the sale and overcharged me. Went in the next day and they were so easy to work with and fix it. Great staff and happy to do business with.

This business is terrible. They make promises they can’t keep, don’t handle your jewelry with care, and show no urgency when problems arise. My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Zales and we had endless problems with them. When we sent my ring off to be sized it came back in very late, was dirty, and broken. They then couldn’t even provide us with a new ring in a timely manner. We demanded a full refund and took our business elsewhere if I could give less that one star, I would.
