The absolute worst customer service. Entered the store and asked a question and immediately bombarded with I need to wear a mask. Explained I have a medical condition and I would not be wearing a mask. The lady told me I was JUST A CUSTOMER and while I was the only one in the store if someone else came into the store I was required to put one on. While I was still abiding by Springfield’s Mask Ordinance and explained this to her she insisted to repeat that I was JUST A CUSTOMER. I thoroughly explained to her that I’m not required to wear a mask and if she expects me to that I will not shop at their store. BHWM doesn’t need my money if it comes down to a mask and my medical condition.
