They special-ordered the perfect diamond and placed it in the exact ring I wanted. They provided a stress-free experience, and allowed me to spoil my fiancée without going broke.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We went to Keepsake with an idea and pictures in hand, just hoping we'd find something similar. Instead we were able to get a custom engagement ring and wedding ring set EXACTLY the way I wanted it. Not only were the rings absolutely PERFECT, they had everything done ahead of schedule and we were already on a tight time-frame. I could not recommend them enough and will use them for everything in the future.
Jon and his team are amazing! I came to him with a custom design in my head and a very tight deadline. They made it happen and did a phenomenal job all the while keeping in contact with me and giving me updates on how the process was coming along!
