I called James after my receptionist came into work upset that her auto insurance raised her rates. He retuned my message with minutes. He then contacted her, gathered all info, and had quotes again within minutes. He found a plan that was less then half what her company was trying to charge her. James was polite, helpful, and very professional,... and he did that all on my receptionists lunch break!! I would highly recommend james and farmers to anyone!!
