Staff was friendly and helpful. Came in to check out the price on getting new carpet in our new house. Definitely the lowest price I've seen. Docking a star because, while it's just a carpet store it could look nicer inside. Literally just an empty storefront with carpet rolls stacked everywhere.

We were selling our home and was refer by our rel-estate agent for Cardin's. Good price carpet, I agree their carpet prices are good. INSTILLATION is another thing. We had about 2200 sq ft of carpet installed. We were told that we need to inspect and make sure everything looked good, so we did. Everything looked good, then we vacuumed once and we could see the 7 seams where they cut the carpet and attached another piece. We contacted Cardin's and they told my wife that they would send someone out and contact us. Two weeks went by and multiple times contacted because we were selling our home. Finally the owner came to our house four days before we closed. Told the wife he also could see the seams and he would have the installers come back out because this carpet had no pattern that should make the seams visible. Again, never contacted and they never sent someone out to fix the seams or contact us that something happened and they needed to come out another day. Because of this I would not ever use them again because if there is a problem 3 days after instillation, then they should fix it and not blow us off because we were selling home!

Not a safe place for elderly or vulnerable to shop, according to the Health Dept guidelines. They dont require masks. I sat in the parking lot and watched SEVERAL people come and go without masks, so I called and asked if they wear masks. I was told it was an indoor outdoor store so they didnt have to wear masks and if they see someone come in with a mask, they stay away from them. And it sure looks like an INDOOR store, to me.
