Hoffman Pest Control

I called Hoffman with an urgent request for termite inspection and treatment because of a pending home refi. They were extremely busy but got the job done very quickly. Highly recommend!!

I run a commercial repair company. Hoffman was scheduled to spray for wasps at one of our locations. They did not show up for the scheduled appointment. For three days, they did not respond to calls. When they did finally respond, Colene stated her techs had quit and she would schedule when she hired a new tech. Another week Corporate called Hoffman and complained about the timeframe. She told them she had a new tech and all I had to do was call. When I called with the new appointment time, the tech stated he might make it, and he might not. For several days, he refused to confirm availability. We went onsite expecting him to not show. My tech created access to spray, and waited. Finally the Hoffman tech did show with his helper, but they showed up with one tiny fogger for a huge attic space. He sprayed a little fog, then he left. My tech re-sealed the attic. Following his lack-luster performance, the Hoffman tech then called the commercial company and told them we made his job hard by not showing up and not having tools to complete the job. Good thing my techs all have cameras on them at all times. I downloaded the videos of our staff calling Hoffman repeatedly, the videos of our staff being onsite and working, and the videos of the Hoffman tech showing up with his little can, essentially doing nothing but complaining, and then leaving.nnSo not only did Hoffman not respond, and not only did they provide less than adequate extermination, they lied to Corporate about the job site, and THEY GOT BUSTED LYING ON VIDEO!!!!! We will no longer agree to go onsite if Hoffman is scheduled to be there.

We've been using Dave Murphy for several years now and he is very professional and personable. We are moving to a new house and will continue to use Hoffman - we are very satisfied with their service and their prices are very reasonable.

I have a home inspection service, a client of mine recently had her annual termite inspection performed by Hoffman.She specifically asked the inspector if the crawl space was dry. He assured her it was. During my inspection I found moisture at multiple places and active mold growing throughout. Bugs and moisture go hand in hand, so this should not have been overlooked. I find it hard to believe that anyone even got in the crawl space.
