My kids have been there a few times and the last time the dentist made *both* kids vomit. The assistant said it was normal but that's never happened before with our previous dentist in Kansas City in the many years we went there. It seems they probably gave too much nitrous gas but they denied that. The dentist never came out to visit with us, even when we asked. Maybe we are accustomed to awesome care in Kansas City but this place is not kid-friendly, is not gentle, does not explain what's happening, and seems to lie. Worst pediatrics dentist we have been to in the Springfield area. I hope this isn't the standard for a pediatric dentist in this area.

Best dentist for the kiddos! Right now they don't have the egg chairs, tablets, or the other toys because of Covid-19...We hope next time we go back they will have all the fun stuff for the kids again.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Hudkins and all the ladies at Smilezone, especially Caitlin. My boys have had a hard time at every other dentist except this one! They have been so kind and gentle with them and make difficult procedures bearable and even fun for them. This office has been a true answer to my prayers and I am so thankful for them. Dr Hudkins is also really knowledgeable and experienced, it is not hard to trust her expert opinion. Thank you ladies for all you do!

They staff is kind and knowledgeable, most importantly they took the time to answer all questions and not pressure us into anything financially we weren't ready for as a family of 5!!! We will be staying with SMILE ZONE

I’ve never been to another dentist before who cares for my children and wants the best for them as much as I do.nThey are such wonderful women! They are so kind and the place is always clean and always friendly and always a happy environment even now with the COVID-19 problem going on.nnWhenever they have called me or we have spoken they have had nothing but respect and kind voices. The doctors are proficient in their work and extremely easy to get to know.nnMy favorite part about the doctors that work in this dentistry facility is that they don’t ignore my children and only directly talk to me. They take the time to explain to my children what’s going on before it happens as well as informing me there.nnMy children feel more confident and more comfortable because they know they’re not gonna be left out and that everything will be explained to them.
