Duff Family Dental

Great customer service and the staff is super friendly. I felt like it was a bit pricey though if you don't have dental insurance. I typically go somewhere else and Duff Family Dental was almost double the price of what my family and I are used to paying for a dental cleaning and x-rays. Otherwise the atmosphere and services were great.

$341 to get your teeth cleaned here. ud83eudd23ud83eudd23 no way ! never.. they clearly don't want to clean teeth.. I dont have insurance. Ive had my teeth cleaned at least 60 times in my life. Uses to go twice a year m always always pay out of pocket. Never have I ever paid more than $120. In California, Colorado, and Virginia .. and you mean to tell me this place in Missouri is charging double. No thanks. Joke!

I have been going to Duff family dental for a little less than a year but have had quite the massive amount of dental work done. Just as any patient insurance is confusing, i called Duff family dental to ask some questions about the amount i paid in the office verse the amount the insurance company said i should pay. The person who answered my call was Jeanie, at first she was extremely helpful and was willing to help me. After she sent me an email writing it all out and explaining how i had a negative balance (i paid everything in full with the amounts that were told to me so this was a surprise. I hate owing companies money) things began to go down hill. I called Jeanie another 4 times and asked questions where she answered them with “I’ve only worked here a year” “i know only as much as you know” and then proceeded to laugh after every question. I was nice and held my frustration in until the last call when she laughed again after my question that is when i got snippy and responded with “why are you laughing” where Jeanie got extremely quiet and i said goodbye after. I absolutely love this dental office and Dr. Duff and the doctor that did my extractions were amazing. I was truly shocked with customer service like this. I came in for an appointment today and Catrina (bless this girls heart she has seen my teeth in some bad shape since the first visit i had) helped me tremendously understand with what happened, she checked me out upfront and explained everything throughly and made sure it was a way i understood. I will return but Jeanie if you don’t know the answer to someone’s questions please just ask someone to help you or transfer me to someone who can.nnThank you so much!

Always get a great check-up and everyone is easy going and friendly they make you feel at ease. Great place to go for dental care.
