Literally the best place to buy your books! The guy that works there is so nice and helpful! He is a godsend when it comes getting me set up for school. This place deserves all the stars!!nThe pricing is fair, and you're only charged if yojt don't return your books on time which is pretty reasonable since they give you plenty of time to return and reminders. I totally recommend!

Terrible customer service. I had 3 communications with them after renting my textbooks. The first communication was in person (Thursday, August 20th), where the same gentlemen that is always working there was of no help. I gave him my name because I could not find my confirmation email and he told me he had no record of my order in his physical binder (He never checked the computer) and that there was nothing he could do. I went home and saw that the transaction went through on my credit card and emailed them-no response for several days. I called the store (Monday, August 24) and it was the same man, I explained the transaction went through and he asked for my confirmation email and I had to tell him yet again that I did not have any record of one. He then told me he would look up my order on the computer, which he could have done in our previous interaction. He informed me my order was an online order and told me my tracking number. I immediately tracked it and it was at my apartment clubhouse. I picked it up that day and realized I had ordered a wrong book so I went in the same day to return it. Even though I received the order THAT day, he said I could not return it because it was past the first Friday of the semester, took my book and gave me a receipt that says I paid $85 for nothing. I am very frustrated with the customer service and lack of any understanding for something that was not my fault or due to inaction.

Huge amount charged to card for late returned rental. Then he paid very little to buy it back. Also the guy had an attitude in his voice.

Sometimes they pay more than the campus bookstore, most of the time they do not. Just a piece of advice, when it's time to sell your books back, don't bother. Keep the books you bought as a reminder of your time at MSU. Twenty years from now you will be thankful you did.

I couldn't believe how quick the process was. I was in and out in just a few minutes. I hadn't attempted to return books for 3 semesters and was able to sell all but 2 back.
