Mac Decker's State Farm is full of extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. They always do their best to help answer any billing or coverage questions and actually make sure I understand what I'm paying for. I was insurance-illiterate before this place! I love that I have someone I can go sit down in front of to ask my questions rather than calling a 1800 number. Great place to do business!

All the staff are Extremely helpful and always courteous. I like knowing that I can walk into the office and have the same smiling faces help me with my insurance needs. They also do yearly reviews of my policies and make suggestions that benefit me and my family!!!!

I cancelled on Dec 1st. a week after I got the insurance and was waiting on a refund that they had claimed had been issued and i recieved a bill instead, so I called Mac Deckers office about it and the lady I talked to LIED to me. She said my insurance had been cancelled and my refund had been issued and should be here any time!!!!!! Next thing I know I am recieving a cancellation notice in the mail saying that they are going to cancel my insurance as of Jan 11, 2020. But wait? I HAVE ALREADY HAD ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY FOR A FULL MONTH AND NOT STATE FARM!!!!!!! I ALREADY CANCELLED MYSELF!!!! So i called the 1800 number and the guy told me that my local office NEVER EVER cancelled my service or issued my refund (BUT DIDNT EVER SEND ME MY POLICY EITHER!)He said that it was a good thing I called. So he put my cancelation in for dec 1st like it should have been and issued my refund for the whole month and told me he apoligizes for my local office treating me that way, that State Farm isnt supposed to ever do anyone like that. I DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH STATE FARM BUT MAC DECKER STATE FARM IN CAMDENTON MISSOURI IS A SCAM AND LIARS THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 400 DOLLARS A MONTH AND LIE TO YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO CANCEL IT TO GET THEIR PAYCHECK THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR FAMILY'S NEEDS. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM EVER.
