This library is awesome and the staff is very helpful! I love the old nostalgic feel!

Not as big as some libraries in larger cities, but they always have so many books to choose from that I take two bags and a helper when I go each month. Love the new instant renew on the books, so I never pay a fine anymore. The bookstore closes early, but I always find something there and I have added it to my list of places to shop for Christmas gifts on my tight granny budget. Staff is ALWAYS helpful. Grandkids love the children's section and the children's librarian is so sweet! Love the Friends of the Library sales twice a year! Prices are fantastic and selection is wonderful!

Staff are very helpful and welcoming....they always attempt to get me what I seek and Only once were they not able to get what I was looking for; and that was because there was no such item in an audiobook. One audiobook I requested came from Iowa! I was grateful to get the book! The building leaves a lot to be desired. I actually feel sorry for the librarians that work there because the building is definitely not up to the standards of the city, county, and the people who live in it and how they live....the building was once an armory.....Wake up county and city fathers....if you want educated, curious, achieving people to choose your city for their home, you need to provide a great library, outstanding supermarket, schools, and culture. ...think about it!
