I would highly recommend this facility. Such a great positive atmosphere. Very knowledgeable trainers. Love that the training is specific to each athlete and the injury prevention program is amazing. My daughter loves every trainer she has.

The Athlete Academy has trained both my kids for years; teaching them proper form, ways to improve and constant encouragement that makes them want to always go to the gym. They understand being healthy and staying fit is something that is lifelong not a quick 8 week class. The speed and agility Cody and all the trainers teach has made a ton of difference for both my soccer and lacrosse player!

This is a wonderful place to go get (or stay) in shape. The trainers work with all levels of abilities, from not in shape at all (me) to people who exercise every day (my kids). They make working out fun. I look forward to going every day! They push you to be your best!

I have seen incredible advances in my strength and speed after going to Athlete Academy for a few months now. My favorite part about Athlete Academy is their well researched warmups and workouts, and getting to understand why we do things rather than just being told to do it. Aside from the training I have made some great connections with great people there, all with the common goal of being better. Wouldn’t want to train anywhere else!

Great crew. Not to mention Cody is one of the most handsome men that i’ve ever laid my eyes on. If that’s not reason enough to check out athlete academy then I don’t know what is. The gym has great equipment and talented coaches. It is a fun environment where they want to help you grow and become the best athlete that you can be.
