Eastern Shore Smile Solutions

Being someone who had not been keeping up with my dental health as I should over the years I finally gave in to Eastern Shore Smile Solutions. Past negative experiences kept from doing what I should have been doing. I found Eastern Shore Smile Solutions the the best dental practice I have ever experienced. Dr. Hiers and his staff are terrific staff. I would recommend them to anyone!!!.

I've been a dental patient with this practice for over 20 years along with the other members of my family. They always treat me great. I've been very happy with them over the years. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Cancelling appointments left and right without notification. My boyfriend,na loyal patient of this office, confirmed his appointment and we drove all the way from Linthicum Heights, Md to the Easton office for a routine cleaning. We get to the office and the door is locked, parking lot bare. He calls the phone number and is told his appointment is cancelled. He has no texts, emails, smoke signals or missed calls from Eastern Shore Smile Solutions. I “thought” I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow but because I have not received their usual text, email and phone confirmation I called them...and what do you know...the person who answers tells me my appointment was cancelled. She said they tried to reach me. I told her I provided my new number to the person who rescheduled my appointment for me (I didn’t get the usual email either). I said well is anything available for tomorrow and she says we actually have the same time available and I asked if it could be with Dr. Heir who I requested the appointment to originally be with and she said yes he would be available at that time. So if that time slot and the same Dr. are available why was the appointment cancelled?? I asked her to confirm what procedure they had me for and she said a routine exam. I then told her it was supposed to be for a filling replacement and asked her to tell me when my last exam was and she said December 2020, so I was confused as why someone would think I wanted another cleaning so soon. Then she asked which tooth/area and I’m thinking this information should be in my record I truly don’t know the tooth. So since the slot is available Im like okay I’ll come in and then she’s like sorry it’s not enough time for a filling we’d have to pick another time.ud83dude12ud83dude44ud83eudd14ud83dude10 I end up not making an appointment due to lack of organization. I call my dad and he said his upcoming appointment was also canceled after he confirmed (he did get notification of his cancellation). Anyway I’m glad I called before driving the 1 and a half hours.
