The staff at Ivan Smith were Absolutely stellar. Mr. Ricky was our salesman. We originally order a sectional over the phone but the item was back ordered for months. Ricky was able to show us multiple items and even arranged next day delivery. We love the new couch and will definitely shop here again. We never felt pressure through it all.
