Damon Fitzgerald from the Winnfield store always goes above and beyond to help us find what we are looking for within our budget. He is a one-of-a-kind salesperson with old fashioned values and service. The Staff in Winnfield are all very courteous and helpful also.

My experience at Ivan Smith in Winnfield, LA was definitely one that will cause me to return for future purchases. I was immediately greeted upon entering and the greeting was genuinely friendly. That feeling remained throughout my entire time in the store. My salesperson was knowledgeable of the products I was interested in purchasing and that helped me make a conscious decision about purchasing. I noticed them greeting other customers by name as they entered for business so that indicated to me that it's a great group of people that know and take care of their customers. Awesome customer service goes a long way with me. It is appreciated.
