I highly recommend Dr. Luster and his staff. They see me as soon as possible, treat me well and always help with any health problems. I have complete trust in this doctor.

We were misinformed by the office staff before the appointment as to what Dr. Luster treated. We came to the appointment expecting to have our concerns addressed....even if that meant a referral. We paid out of pocket for the visit and waited over an hour to see the doctor. The doctor walks in and said he does not evaluate nor does he treat for the disorder that we are there for. We explain to him that we checked twice with his clinic and they told us different. He said he could refund our money. So that's what we did. He didn't even offer to send us somewhere that could help us nor did he apologize for the office staff misinforming us. He was extremely rude, dismissive and uncaring. I have never seen a physician act like this and I've been a nurse for over 20 years. We are so disappointed! The good news is we have an appointment in Shreveport and they have already been awesome!nn**when we informed you that we were told different by your staff not once but twice it would've been nice if you would've offered to refer us somewhere else. Your office staff was so nice and friendly but it makes me sad that none of them admitted to providing us with incorrect information.nWe understand you are not a one stop shop which is why I asked TWICE if this was something your office done. We called another office in town before we called yours and they referred us to you. We don't know what we need all we know is we needed help which you failed to provide. And by the way adult ADD does exist and not all medications that treat it are controlled. Another helpful hint...if you are concerned about someone receiving a controlled medication (which we never asked for) you can check the controlled substance website that tracks such things. It's very helpful. We did leave quick because most people wouldn't linger when a doctor tells you within the first three minutes of meeting him that you couldn't help and we could leave if we wanted....we weren't exactly confident in you at that point...also there was not point in lingering as we had waited for you for over an hour with an active toddler in tow. This matter IS closed because we have an appointment in Shreveport and we will get to an answer and get the help we so desperately need. All I can hope is that you are never treated the way you treated us today. Good luck ud83dude0a

Dr. Luster and his staff are amazing. They are very professional and friendly! I’d recommend his practice if you’re in search of a caring staff!

I met Dr Luster when he was in residency in New Orleans. Took him the car that he drives. When he open his practice in Natchitoches,I chose him as my primary care dr. He has a great bedside manner. I've enjoyed my time with his clinic. He is a good dr.
