My company pays for a physical each year so I went to this clinic for my routine physical and explained I want no out of pocket expense and scheduled a routine physical only and explained to each person at the clinic I came in contact ONLY A ROUTINE PHYSICAL.nThese money grubbers billed my insurance for the physical along with other multiple items.nAfter the insurance paid for the physical I had a bill for over $1000.00. I scheduled a routine physical only. When these rip-offs would administer a test during this routine physical I’d ask if it was part of the defined routine physical they’d say “yes, for your age.”nIn my opinion Jonesboro needs to run these people out on a rail and insurance companies need to file a complaint against these people for excessive billing. These people’s tactics are what’s wrong with the medical and insurance industry and needs to stop.

My son is a 47 year old disabled single father with severely diverse medical conditions. Since his doctor passed away unexpectedly we have been unable to find another doctor to treat him because they all say that he has too many divvedi medical conditions and the don't feel comfortable treating him. Meanwhile we've had to watch as he suffers daily through seizures, pain, blackout, cognitive skill issues, motor skill issues and more Dr. Rainwater agreed to see him as a patient after we sent a complete history of his medical conditions. He did a whole gauntlet of tests putting through him through much more pain and anguish causing him to have his seizures, blackouts, pain, and other conditions to severely increase to the point that he's suicidal because he can't take living like this anymore. However unless something changes we do believe Dr. Rainwater was doing everything he has to fd to cover his on livelihood and the well being of his other patients. I do believe he had to put my disabled son through much more pain and medical issues to be able to treat him legally. He didn't write any of the life sustaining 13 medications that he's been own for over 10 years but I do believe he has his best interest at heart and will take care of him tomorrow at the follow up appointment. I can't see him putting my disabled son through all the pain and expenses just to do nothing and send him off to die. We were well impressed and until something proves us wrong we are going to stand by him to see if he will help him tomorrow. I Pray that he will have compassion on my son since he's a single father and has been on same medications for 10 years without any problems. Thank you Dr. Rainwater for listening and being thorough with your exams. Please keep up the good work and we will do whatever you ask of us. If nothing else maybe he can be admitted back into the hospital to get his medications regulated, his life back in order, and give his sons their dad back. God Bless You Dr Rainwater.

In my opninon, If you want to actually see a Dr. and get care this is not the place for you. You will see a different PA or NP each time. They will run every test they can to bill your insurance and not give you the results. They have refused on multiple occasions to send records to a specialist. Instead they want you to pay for your own records. you would be better off going to LSU

Overbills insurance for unnecessary tests.
