Crab cakes opelousas! Excellant! Would order again. Seafood basket not so much. Nice bar. Owners friendly. Would love to dance there on a weekend. Great place to enjoy a drink and watch the river.
We were excited to try this restaurant after seeing their menu. Sadly they weren’t serving their regular menu as they ran out of food due to the winter storm. We decided to at least have a drink and come back another time. Well that won’t be happening. We got the bill and with taxes and tip we spent over $40 for TWO drinks. Yes, we ordered Makers(they’re excuse for the cost) but we’ve been to many nicer restaurants and never paid that much for Makers.nAnd, for those who care like us, neither server was wearing a mask.
Says they close at 12 AM, just called at 11:20pm to make sure. lady said they close at 11 contrary to what the website states. date is 3/28/2021 time is 11:28PM. I love how the time listed is different from what they say.
Crawfish etouffee great. Beer cold. Good music. Was not busy but tables spread out. It is up a steep flight of stairs. Might check if mobility is an issue.
The wait staff was very slow (and they were not busy). The food was extremely overpriced for what you received. It was mediocre at best. I would not recommend it.
