I have been calling for weeks. When I got someone on the phone the clerk told me the machine was down, to try back. I tried all that day and the machine was still dowm. This was weeks before my ticket was due. Now, the day before I'm suppose to appear in court for this bogus violation, noone is answering the phone. I have left countless messages.

I am from out of state and received a traffic ticket here. The officer told me that if I paid it before the court date, it wouldn't go on my record and make my insurance go up. I have called the phone number on the ticket (same as online) and the phone number doesn't work! Now I'm beyond the court date and still don't even know how much the ticket is for! I've tried calling the police station and nobody will answer my call. I guess I probably have a warrant now! It's a scam if you ask me!
