It has been a few years since my visit. I remember clearly the haunting feeling there. It is a little walk up the hill, behind the brick church. The one with the cannonball. I am a cemetery aficionado and this one is well work the effort. I can easily imagine a still, hot, humid evening with the stones lit by St Elmo's fire. Of all the cemeteries I have visited this one stands out.
MindSeedTV on YouTube just released a video on this sacred town... Creepiest ghost town ever. Go watch Casey & Tanner walk the streets and hear some unusual sounds coming from the woods...
Watch out for snakes in the spring and summer. I doubt you’ve seen anything like this cemetery. Truly breathtaking! Follow the path up the hill to the right of the church
Ever find out who would of been playing the drums in the middle of no where at night?
I don’t even like cemeteries, but this place was hypnotic. Lots of Mississippi history here.
