We've been getting groceries delivered for last couple of months, ordering via the instacart app. Unfortunately the app doesn't seem to sync or credit you for your Winn Dixie bonus points. And when something goes wrong with your order, it's not easily addressed.nnThe shoppers are usually pretty good and if so they'll usually get at least a 20 percent tip. But every once in awhile you'll get someone who'll mess up your order.nnOur last shopper (Kac----na) didn't deliver two items I was charged for, and the wrong thing for a third. Three mistakes out of 20 or more items, understandable, maybe. Three mistakes out of SEVEN items?? UNACCEPTABLE.
The groceries are a little bit hired in Rouses, but at the time it was more convenient. And they also had everything I needed. Great customer service which is a plus.
Not many Winn Dixies left in the Greater New Orleans area! Growing up they were all over the place! This last one is really Fantastic!!! So I'm very grateful to patronage it and get Great service in return!!!
I'm from Memphis but we loved this store but it seemed a little pricey
Prices is to high for me even with the deals they give. The lines where super long.But The cashiers did amazing moving the lines.
