Them swings be nice. As a swing enthusiast that goes a long way for me but it was also kinda small so that's why it got 3 stars.
Upgraded playground? Leaves a lot to be desired. Wish Drew Brees would've help upgrade this one like he did Audubon park.
This is a nice park, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is due to the fact that the playground equipment is in pretty bad shape. Everything else at the park also seems to be outdated and needs replacing. I've been visiting this park for years now and I've slowly watched its physical appearance deminish. It just needs a little TLC and new equipment and it'll be an amazing park. Overall all it's a really calm park to visit.
April 2020 update: the old playground has been replaced and it's in good shape. Good playground for young kids (under 4 maybe). The ball fields and other facilities are in poor shape.
