I absolutely loved the nurse that I worked with and the other nurse who took my blood. They were so nice. This particular facility was under staffed sadly leaving the stress on these 2 nurses to take care of patients constantly asking where the doctor was. Doctor was going as slow as possible not worried about getting to patients quickly.

It was busy. I showed up five minutes before they opened and I was 3rd in line with several people behind me. Soon after that the waiting room was booming. The employees were awesome!!! They were so fast, nobody waited long. They were all nice, friendly, professional and very efficient.

I just wanted to share my experience at Concentra on Jefferson Highway. Parking is never challenge and getting in and out is very speedy and efficient, the nurses , receptionist and doctors are always pleasant and helpful Concentra Jeff Hwy is my choice to visit.

There comes a time where when you get a job, you need to get tested. TB, drugs, immunizations, and so on. Well, that time came for me. Thankfully, the people at the front desk were amazing and made it very easy for me to accomplish this. Even when I showed up early to have My TB test read, they were kind and polite. They exuded professionalism the entire time. They were kind. They treated patients/customers like their families. I spoke with them on the phone once and it was it easily one of the most informative and funniest calls I’ve had in a while. Not funny due to them mind you, but me constantly being a fool when trying to explain what letter I was using. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend going here. The people are nice, and anything that needed to be done was completed in a timely and efficient manner. Go here. It’s well worth it.
