This place is a total SCAM!!!!! Patient beware!!!!!nWhen I first went to the facility I asked what the charge would be. They said don't worry that they would just bill my insurance and I only had to pay $35 copay. I asked again what they charge per visit. They responded with $130/ visit if I was a cash patient. Then I asked how much do they charge my insurance company they responded very vaguely and said billing would work it out with insurance. I assumed it would be a little more than the $130/visit but after receiving my first bill for services not covered by insurance and finding out that my coverage was maxed out for the year on this one issue I called in to get to the bottom of the issue. It turns out that they like to charge $2,321 per visit!!!!nThis is a scam!!!!!!!! One hour visit for over $2K!!!! To date my insurance has been charged over $60K and I know there is still a months worth of outstanding bills that I have not received yet. Now I am left with a final bill for over $2,300 that they expect me to pay after I have already paid $35 per visit and they already collected about $35,000 from my insurance company.nnHelp me understand how most Physical Therapist offices that I have been to charge $80-120/visit and this one wants to charge $2,321/ visit. You decide! But don't complain about high insurance cost if you support an unethical, scamming place like this!

I go here and I love it. So happy with the staff here. Everyone is wonderful from the moment I walk in the door. I’ve been making progress too. I’m hoping to graduate in 6 weeks. So grateful for this place and to the people who work here.

The people at pt solutions tulane have great attitudes and always made me feel as though they really wanted to help me. My experience has been veey pleasant and I would surely recommend them to my friens was.

Awesome place to go for your physical therapy needs. The excellent staff provided a family atmosphere to complete all of the necessary workouts/ treatments. Definitely the best place in the New Orleans area for recovering from an injury of any kind.
