Horrible customer service better to go to a different store.long line and wait times when calling to speak with staff just to be hung up on

Grossly understaffed. If you like waiting in line, or waiting on the phone on hold, only to be hung up on, this is the pharmacy for you. If you never need to deal with them, and by that I mean talk to a real person (and not necessarilly a pharmacist) this might be OK. If you need to get advice, or deal with a real person, this isn't the place for you to do business.

The pharmacy staff are usually helpful and courteous. The only issue in the past year has been equipment failure, forcing the store to close because the cash registers could not be used. I think it has been resolved.
