They towed our car. They have a parking garage and a parking lot right next to each other. They only had a sign out for the garage and not for the parking lot making people think you pay one price for both. It's actually.more to pay in the lot even though they own both spaces. They are very deceiving. They don't have an attendant and when you call the number listed, it's always hard to get through.
I usually never complain about things nor do I post complaints online because I work in the service industry and most of the time people do not tell the truth, but I am very disappointed with the management customer service of this company. I paid for parking via spot hero at a lot and my vehicle was towed. No one was available to answer any calls until 8am. The manager blew me off to the towing company who referred me back to him then they told me to contact spot hero. I sent proof of payment to the manager but he couldn’t be wrong as a result I had to spend 160 to get my vehicle out no apologies and no customer service. I was very disappointed bc I’ve worked with this company in the past at several hotels throughout the city and the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I’m still waiting on a resolution and guess what the computers are down I’ve been waiting over an hour. Spot hero advised me to submit my receipts and they may reimburse me but they couldn’t guarantee anything.
