Easy walking distance to the French quarter. Easy online payment system. A little pricey but worth the convenience.
Conveniently located but they hose you in the charges. Weekend $20 for 2 hours, during the week $20 for 12hrs. Welcome tourists.
What type of weird scam are they running here? We got booted even thought the machine said we paid.nThe worker said there’s nothing he could do and we were forced to pay $90nI guess they know they have malfunctioning machines and take advantage of it?
This place does not even deserve a one star rating. They are running a SCAM! There are many more and free options for parking - do not park here! Like many of the other reviewers, they put a boot on my vehicle even though we returned more than an hour before our time expired. I have text message receipt showing my payment and time of return but you cannot speak to anyone to resolve the problem - its an automated system. Their security who came to remove the boot (after they made us paid an additional fee to take it off) was sketchy and foul mouthed and had gotten into a shouting match with another family who was experiencing the same scam. Save yourself the expense and hassle and park somewhere else.
Good parking, close to Jackson Square. Seemed safe. Parking spots are tight for a big truck. Pay either online by app or by kiosk.
