What a great experience with Erin at Rooms to Go in Harvey. She is smart and kind, and she worked a GREAT deal for us on a top notch mattress and a full living room set. We felt she truly cared about our comfort levels and desire to have quality furniture. Ask her about the astronaut story and you will likely learn something you did not know. She is a wealth of information. I recommend her highly. I guarantee you will leave a very happy customer. Hoping Rooms to Go invests in this talented young lady and figure out a track for her to advance to leadership positions at the corporate levels. She will be dynamic!

As soon I walked in the store I was greeted by Alexa. She took her time and helped me find exactly what I was looking AND for a price that was a few thousand less than I'd seen in other stores. THANK YOU Alexa for your time and patience because I know I take a long making big purchases. Erin helped us & was so nice! She let us do our own thing & look around without following us around too much, but was nearby whenever we had a question :) she double-checked all prices with us and got everything knocked down. Setting up delivery is super easy. We were in & out pretty quickly

Recently stopped by just to browse for living room interior rug! From the time I entered the Thomas was extremely knowledgeable and friendly when it to answering any questions I had! He definitely has the ideal personality of sales person! Not only did we get the rug I ended up getting a few of the and mattresses of my dreams for a great price! Will definitely be back very soon to to do more shopping!

I visited this outlet store and couldn’t believe my experience spite of the bad Yelp reviews I didn’t have one have moment. What I initially went in the store for was extremely limited but Thomas helped me exceed my expectations. He was EXTREMELY helpful with finding decor to replace what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable and made me feel that my purchase would be well worth it and it was. Will be returning soon hopefully he’s there to help me again.
