Excellent service and furniture selection. Was able to find a great deal on a chair and some mirrors. Also ordered a new bed for our master bedroom. Thanks for helping us with everything Travis!

Good furniture design but do not deliver on time. The delivery of our dining set took them 4 months to complete far from their 8-10 weeks that sales agent promised. Sales Rep flat out lied to us that we could have chairs delivered in two weeks. Found out later from the delivery company (after they did not show and I called the store numerous times) that that was a complete impossibility from the start. The actual time would be double that or more. I will never go here again.

My gallery manager bought a sofa from Arhaus. She told that that a couple of the buttons had come off (or something like that) - and to her shock, Arhaus had offered to completely replace the couch, deliver the new one, etc.! I thought this was so amazing that I would put a review on here in their honor. I love great customer service.

Thanks Arhaus NOLA! My wife bought me the BEST desk chair EVER for our anniversary! At first I was upset the store's policy was to deliver it only, but the shop girl was right. The chair weighs a ton and the delivery guys even told us how complicated it was to put together. I'm glad the clerk was looking out for my wife and the office chair is awesome. Thanks, NOLA!
