I purchased a full size bed set. I wanted a plush (soft) bed but a firm bed set was delivered. The owner gave me a full refund. I appreciate the honesty of the owner of Broad Warehouse and I will return to do business with him in the future.

Extremely helpful. I needed a recliner same day for a family member who had just been released from the hospital. Mr. Warren was very helpful on the phone, we drove over, and had the recliner in our truck 20 mins later. They loaded it and everything. So thankful for their quick assistance.

I recently purchased furniture from Mike the owner and was very pleased with the furniture and service. I had a scuff mark on one of my new sofas and Mike replaced it immediately. I highly recommend giving Mike a visit... you’ll definitely save money. The delivery service was also reliable and the guys know what there doing. I would recommend checking them out.

I purchased a bedroom set in March 2020 didn't receive it until May. Slept on it one day and one of the boards broke at the bottom also the sticks were leaning. Now this is August and I'm stuck looking for a new bedroom set didn't even last 6 months. Plus also I purchased some mattresses around the same time and the string is coming out of it. I just feel like it was a waste of money!!!ud83dude21
