I called and left a voicemail to set up a shopping appointment. We really just wanted to see a dining set in person before purchasing ... but had pretty much made up our minds to get the whole set plus chairs. No one called me back. I called back a week later and reached someone. She apologized and didn’t know how my voicemail was missed. We discussed purchasing the set again and she was going to send me some options for purchase. I never received an email. I was literally trying to give them about $5000 for a full dining set with chairs and they couldnt follow through. I ended up going to Textures and got everything from them. I know everyone is changing how they do business these days but customer service should always be the number one priority. Unfortunately, not here. Great products online but just cannot seem to get it together and follow through.
I have a great experience placing an order online with Katie and Julie - they are extremely helpful and responsive, everything just went so smoothly! To be honest, their service is much, much better than that of many brands’ own retails, and I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Since I first stumbled across her store, Sherrie has been amazing. Her team is also top notch. Whenever I need new furniture, I go to her first. She has great ideas. And if she doesn't have something, she scours the ends of the earth to find what you need/want. Personal service has been lost somewhat in this world, and it's refreshing to see it back.
Great place for either home or commercial furniture. Got a coffee table from them and the staff was very helpful.
