Kool Smiles Dentist

I was 21 when I went here. They told me I had 8 cavities. They did 4 of my teeth and said they’ll do the other 4 next visit. I went somewhere for the other and they told me I had none. This facility ruined my perfectly fine adult teeth. if you go here get a second opinion. I can sue but I just want this facility to pay for the root canals I’ll need in the future bc of them! How dare you do this to my ADULt teeth

Scott was horrible has a very nasty attitude. . Tells me they don’t have any appointments available til June after calling back speaking to someone else got an appointment in may. Honestly don’t know if I even want to go here anymore trying to get a scheduled appointment was the worst experience I have every had.

The staff is always friendly and efficient, makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience.

This place has my son TERRIFIED of the dentist! They did four crowns on him at one time! Then had the nerve to say he needed more. I denied it and switch his dentist ASAP! His new dentist was in disbelief. They were honest enough to tell me that kool smiles do crowns just for the money. Oh and no type of anesthesia... he felt everything!

I am never taking my child here again! I didn’t have a problem with this place until my daughter actually had to have procedures done. The first time she went in to have a silver crown placed on her tooth. The dental assistant was extremely rude to my mother who was simply asking questions about anesthesia and the nitrous. The assistant responded by saying, “ haven’t you had work done on your teeth?” Which was basically implying that she knew the answers to the questions she was asking. The second visit my daughter had to have the same procedure done. This is the visit that did it for me. The dentist was so rude to my child and I. He told me I couldn’t take pictures of my child in the room which I didn’t understand because it’s not a HIPAA violation if it’s my child in a closed in room by herself with no other patients. Secondly, he was very rude to my daughter and told her she couldn’t put her hand out or up to hold mine. And to top it all off he rushed the procedure, put her crown on backwards and hurriedly popped it off before it set to put it on the correct way. This place is horrible for kids. They rush them in and out, they are very unprofessional and they are short on equipment (one dentist came in the room and took the supplies my daughter’s dentist needed and when he came back in the room he was upset and told her he needed them in which she responded “well not at the moment”) My daughter is a very good patient she sat there very brave and sweet and the dentist and assistant thanked my child and family with rudeness. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.
